For some reason, I'm getting emails in outlook in both HTML and text... not the same email, but like one will come in from Lynda.com in text and one will come in from Newegg in HTML. The Lynda.com one is obviously supposed to be an HTML format because it looks like:

lynda.com

Is there a way that I can tell it to always keep everything as an html? I see the option to use html as my default outgoing format but can't find an incoming one.

That is usually a problem on the sender's side. Not much you can do about it, that I know of.

I agree with ThaMan. Sounds like a problem on the sender's side, because obviously Outlook is processing the HTML email fine.

That stinks, but thanks.

If what you cut-and-pasted is what the mail looks like, I'm sure there are fragmented HTML headers in the mail that are causing Outlook to not recognize the content. That is, where it should start with

<html>

you've got

<h
tml>

That kind of thing is on their side.
