AoC has been improved rather well. The server mergers have made a very good population on all the new servers now. The graphics are still amazing. I played for about 3 hours yesterday with no lag, no crashes, and no bugs at all.
The spellcasting animations have greatly advanced and the AI too.
All in all if they would have made these changes in the first month or so....no one would have ever quit.
