Sadly BF3 is almost a dead rumor at this point
Battlefield Heroes(if ever released) = :repuke:
I still have fun playing TF2 and CoD4or5

According to most of the forums BF3 isnt even in the works.

The COD series is supposed to possibly have an even newer game out late this spring or early summer.

I still like BF2 and TF2 for my FPS fix.
Some how sniping someone is just very relaxing to me.

I don't like CoD 4 and 5, even though I've played to max level on both.. It's way too fast, and no sense of tactics, plus the maps are too small.

I liked BF2 because you could run around as a unit, more about team work.

Balt, Raven and myself played a few rounds tonight.. BF2 that is.

I must say I got a great shot in on Raven.
(It still counts if he was on my team, right?

What I like most about CoD over BF2 is you hit what you aim at....in BF2 you can unload a whole clip at someone and still not kill them.

Raven, you're not supposed to shoot people, your single purpose in BF2 is to be shot at. ;)

Did I tell you all about shock-paddling Balt.... I would have paid to get a screen shot of that.

They are bringing out basically COD4 part 2. It will be COD4 with weapons that are from teh show futureweapons on Discovery channel that are being used in the military now.

from what iv read so far "battlefield 3" is actually going to be battlefield bad company 2 for the pc with battlefield 1943 and battlefield hero's thrown in. each with a separate fee of course :P. oh and the next cod4 part 2 i think is being called modern warfare no idea for sure on this.

I am not sure why that would be an issue. If it's done in an Infinity Ward way, that would be good. Hardcore mode....realistic dying...the only way to play.

I just want them to keep the squad system and the tactical aspect. Nothing beats running around with a good squad.

And the maps in CoD are a lot smaller than the BF ones.

Oh and I want them to keep the modding as well.

Did anybody else read that Bad Comp. 2 is coming out for the PC at the end of this month.
I will have to wait to see what other people think about it before I pick up a copy.

Last I heard 1943 and Bad Company will not be released until next year on the PC

I am really hoping to have a new PC by the time 1943 comes out ... something with more power and ram to handle the newer games so I am not always running on the lower end and still being glitchy.

Did anyone else see the releases that BF3 is in the works for the next Fiscal Year for EA. I read a couple reports but couldnt find anything that I put a lot of stock into.
