After loading the game and logging in, you will create your character. For powers, you can pick a starter template which has two related powers on a theme, or you can custom pick two powers. No travel powers yet. You will then move to the avatar customization screen. Have fun!
Once your hero is created, the first thing you will do is enter the tutorial storyline, which is an alien attack. Fight and explore...follow the primary quests till you get directions to enter the Public Quest with Ironside.
After that completes, the hologram quest giver will direct you to the Champions HQ for an instanced mission, the completion of which will end the tutorial. You should be around level 5.
Afterward... you get to pick a new super power, a travel power... and a super stat.
Then, pick a "crisis zone" (desert or Canada)... which is still a newbie area... and it gives you the quests for learning crafting and other things. Once you finish the primary quests...you go on to the main game in Millennium City.
