I am at work so i can't get on the CO site and see. How many characters can we create in the OB?

Ok, I figured out that all players are on one shard. For the starter areas it looks like there's alot of instances with only 20 to 40 players on each.

When you get to the larger, end game type stuff, are there so many small instances or do they get bigger?

Also, what level do we have to be to start our supergroup?

From what I read it's similar to Guild Wars setup, maybe?

I'm at the third zone now, and there are more than 200 players per instance of it.
