Is your speaker plugged in and turned on? If so, are your headphones plugged in? If not, I'm out of ideas.

I searched and deep within the forums found a fix for Windows Vista.

Before you log in, click OPTIONS on the login screen

In the ADVANCED COMMAND LINE section, type the following exactly:

-ignorex64check
