Seeing that I was more focused on the quests, I didn't read any of the tutorial stuff.

So, when I level where do I go to add points, powers etc?

How do I join a chat channel?

What "server" are we going to use?

after the tutorial. you go the the powerhouse. you get powers at 8, 11 and 14 from what i've seen so far
