I thought they did back in the early launch days...it pains me to give them credit for something.

Ahh. I wasn't there then. I waited until after a year or more to start playing. I know after a couple patch days, they were down at least once I remember, and most likely more, and never saw a credit of any kind.

I played from day one, i don't remember that....but I did have those memories erased...I think. :diablotin:

Blizzard ended up giving almost a month of free play total in the beginning of the game.

Day or two there, week here, etc...

Thought it was a stand up thing for them to do.

Think it's a stand up thing for ChampO to do, too.

The most epic company free play I know of comes from Cornered Rat Software.

WWII Online was such a cluster F when it launched we got around 3-4 months free...if I remember right.
