he just called me and told me his internet is down.. said he called the Tech support and demanded they come out tonite as they told him it would be Tuesday before they showed up...

really sux being ThaMan right now :diablotin:

anyway, just got lvl 12 with Gor and kinda getting tough soloing... any advice? I am presently in the desert, a Sorcerer studying Mysticism.

Tell TheMan, the quickest way to get cable tech guys to your house asap, is to claim you saw someone cutting into your line and trying to steal cable. They'll be there in 30 minutes.

Heh, true story, we had horrible connectivity for 18 months, service calls were sometimes 12 days from the call. One time I really did catch a guy cutting into my cable line. The tech guys were there within 30 minutes, after work hours, to fix it.

LOL... will relay this to ThaMan tomorrow... if cable service has not responded by then, he may wanna give it a try :)

I have business cable internet at my house. My company pays for it. It's nice being in charge of the IT Department, sometimes. ;)

They came out tonight and got it working already. ;)

I told them I had to do server maintenance in the morning (not quite a complete lie).

Go do lower level Canada missions?

Go to Canada, do every mission it will allow you. I was 13 when I got there did all those level 5 missions. Took no time and each was 5k exp+, some more with the chain parts added on.

Glad you are back up and running ThaMan.

Also, Deth about leveling...

Check your backpack(s). You might have items that start missions. You don't really get an alert though. You just have to sift through your inventory.

That happened to me during the tutorial, I found that cat cage and then I went to the old lady to turn it in and nothing happened, took me awhile to figure out that I had to start the actual mission by clicking the cat in my inventory.

Oh and I'm kinda jonesing too, my computer is a damn tease.. Lets me game for a couple of hours and then takes it away again.. :p
