OK, well I am having an issue with my retail key.
First, I don't have my bank card, or access to my bank account atm. My wife's purse was stolen with our bank card in it. She was loading groceries in the back of the car and her purse was in the front seat, top down. She didn't really notice since she usually puts it in the backseat. So it was nearly 4 hours later that she noticed, busy day the other day and she was using cash. So I have no payment to put in, but the retail key gives 30 days free. The problem is, it's forcing some sor tof payment thing into the account with this so I don't think it's registering the key at all.
We DO NOT use credit cards anymore, refuse to now. They have our account rozena dn card cancelled with teh bank due to the fact the person ran up over $1000 to the account, causing some major issues with the fact I had a lot being taken out for bills :(
So right now we only have the cash we have in our pockets. They are going to setup a temporary account for us, but not until, well I get out of the hospital. They are closed on weekends and holidays, both weekend days as a money saver due to the economy. So I may be gone longer then I thought....I am upset, but it's not totally Cryptic's fault. I just figured when this happened I could put the key in and go...
