Well, I have a ticket opened, a second one. They are thinking I may have to make a new account? I hope not. I am jonesing for the game. They can't seem to figure out why when I enter my retail key it updates saying I have my account with the free 30 day sub, then when I try to login, nothing. Go back to check my account and BAM, the retail key entry is gone!
I am not holding this against them. I know it will get taken care of. They have been very, very nice and helpful, even allowing me to vent to them on the phone :)
They are some great CS reps with Cryptic.

Well, I still can not log in. It keeps telling me there are no shards???
They have emailed me stating they are "working diligently on the problem." I was told I will be getting another 14 days free play time due to this. So, my only complaint is I am falling behind. I wanted to be in the high 20's by now...Oh well....you people making new characters will have me to hang with :)

After you put in your key are you entering your payment type? I didnt see that step and tried to log in and said no shard. Went back and no key showed.... re-entered my key saw they payment part .. put in Nams CC# and then I was able to log in.

Well, the first time no. My bank card had been stolen. SO yesterday I went and got a prepaid card, until I get my new card, TOMORROW!!! YAY!
I put $25 on it to just let it clear for the $14.99. I still have the issues! I got an email today. They state it appears it accepted my Key, but didn't save it to my account. So it's saying the key is already registered and kicking it back.
They say I should be able to logon tonight or tomorrow. Plus gave me a key to enter in the Prepaid card area for free 2 weeks. I love these guys. Some of the best Customer Service reps since LOTRO and Tabula Rasa.

WOOT! I got an email, sometime last night, tha I just checked this morning stating my account was ready to go. I went to the site, re-registered everything and BAM! IT WORKS! Logged into client and it's patching now, servers are down though.
ALSO, and this is why these guys are GREAT!
I entered the "card key" they gave me for the extra time, and, I was also given 600 more Cryptic Points. SO I have a total of 1000 points!
How great is this for customer service!
