I have not looked up any builds as of yet... just having fun making toons and seeing how they do. Eventually I may have to look up builds for what ever classes become my favorite. I did do a /zone last night to see why I seemed to die more than other people in PvP. Several told me to take Regen. I had already taken Elect. Form for my Electricity toon so I know that I already have one flaw in my toon unless later on we have more than one slot for those. Regen did help a bunch questing and with PvP.

I think Ghetto Enforcer (munitions) has died 1 time in PvP...gotta love teleport.
The build I did above is to try and emulate Ghost Rider...fire, chains, and punches.

I have one toon with tele. I just couldnt get the hang of it...will have to try it again. Balt has it on a toon and if he came out of tele while in the air he fell softly to the ground...mine fell like a rock and took massize dmg.

I played around with a few hybrids in beta...but for now I am trying lots of classes running them up to 13 or so to see which one I like the best and what diff. abilities I like on them...then I may try another hybrid by combining a couple that I like and getting the abilities I am most found of.

There seems to be a small bug with teleport where sometimes the slow fall component doesnt happen.
Where it shines in PvP is that you are completely immune to damage while phasing. So even if you get held pop teleport till it wears off.
Cheesy....YES!

I have Tele with my main guy and I love it... you don't have to wait for it to wear off, just hit the 'T' key and you can turn it off...
I use it kind of like fly... tele and climb high and when it wears off turn it on just as quick... when I get where I was heading head down for the landing..
tele has also helped with several missions as I could tele straight in to my target, kill a few goons, nab the mission goal and tele back out...
other than a lack of being able to hover in 1 spot I think Tele is near the top of my list for transport powers :)

I remade Warcat today and chose teleport instead of acrobatics. Tactically speaking, Tport is the bomb. It's like Flying and Stealth rolled into one power.
I'd be surprised if it is not nerfed. My guess is that they will increase the combat timer.

I made a demon guy last night.
I already have figured out I should have made him a hybrid..... kept the chain but take a diff. class energy builder ... close combat is tough in PvP as people just run away knowing you cant hit them.
On a side note... I took swinging as my travel power. Crazy fun- took a while to get it all figured out but being able to leave it on all the time is nice and having a big jump always there is nice. Just took me a while to figure out how to swing up high through the sky. Disadvantage is having to always focus on where your going unlike flying types where you just get some altitude and point in the direction you want to go - hit auto go get something to drink and come back.

Swing does have another fun factor...
Dont let go of space and swing in place. Try hitting movement keys and see what happens :)

Is that an energy form on Rider, or does he glow all the time?
I can make my eyes glow on char creation but not anything else.

That is aspect of fire from supernatural.
I used 2 points to boost it...so it burns different than rank 1.

Will have to try swinging in place tonight when I get home from the football game.... I need to scroll up to see what energy builder you took. Played my toon last night and still think I really need a ranged energy builder. I was thinking of the Ammuntions one as I have used it on another toon and it had good range.

I did a melee energy builder on this toon as no ranged fit Ghost Rider.
I think I changed it and took supernatural bestial fury.
