Full respecs for all characters

Seems due to game changes, they are giving out free full respecs for all existing character in a patch tonight. This will be a full respec, independent of the normal respec system.

This might be a good time to create your most favorite character concepts you haven't gotten around to. At least they'll have the full respec in waiting, if you decide to play them a few weeks from now.

Yeah, they specifically said for characters created before 9/10.

So I am making another character just in case it's "true" :)
