Not to long ago I was able to respond to emails using my Gmail account just by clicking on the link as in when using Craig's list (I don't have outlook installed0. All of a sudden I can't do that. Is there a setting I'm missing?

What browser are you using?
Same browser you used when it used to work?

Hit the tools menu, go to internet options. Hit the Programs menu.

You *should* be able to select Gmail for the E-Mail application.

If not... try (re)installing the Google toolbar ?
