View Full Version : Apricot-Glazed Pork Roast

1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed chicken broth
1 jar (18 oz) apricot preserves
2 tablespoons Dijon-Style mustard
1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
3 1/2 to 4 lbs boneless pork loin

Mix broth, preserves, mustard and onion in slow cooker. cut pork to fit, add to cooker.

Cover and cook on Low 8 to 9 hours or until pork is no longer pink.

**or on high for 4 to 5 hours

Personally, I'm going to give this a try. But, isn't this thread for game recipes?

Rut Roh. I was looking over a friends guild site before I moved over to LOA. They have a section for game recipes. I got confused as to where I was. Sorry. :(

However, I have to wonder. You don't consider yourself a cannible to be from Arkansas and eat pork? :wink:

I used to get up to Morrilton every year, but not anymore. Nice country up there. But I have to wonder about a park named "Toad Suck". I eat frog legs, but I ain't suckin on one. LOL
