Bought one over the weekend...been playing with it.
My Wii Fit age is 29 so I was happy with that being 41.

I have yet to look over the paperwork. Is there a way to
get the trainers to setup a daily workout for you or do you just
do what you want when you want?

You just do whatever. Although after you unlock a few more exercises you start to get combinations to do.
