For this you will need:

1: 3-4 pounds of pork shoulder loin, boneless
2: mesquite seasoning ( and or the mccormick pulled pork seasoning, which should more than suffice! )
3: yuengling barbecue sauce, 1 bottle. ( or for you out of state kids, the kraft honey bbq sauce is VERY close to it. )
4: a crock pot

real simple recipe -- works and tastes like a charm

throw the pork into the crock pot. put the mesquite seasoning onto the pork, ( thoroughly, no need to do anything special with it. ) dump in about half of the barbecue sauce, try and aim for the pork.

throw on the slow cooker for about 8 hours, covered completely. after that eight hours, put the pork onto high heat for about two more hours. after that, start pulling apart the pork with 2 forks, and mix in the rest of the barbecue sauce.

serve on buns, with cheese, or even as a side to a dish if you want.

Tried this out and its pretty good...but I've noticed its a bit salty. Was wondering if that was the intent/goal, or if I botched it up somehow? I wasn't able to grab the Mccormicks mesquite spice pack, so I had to use another style...maybe thats it. I will say its extremely easy to make and was a first run in the new crock pot I bought for making it...heh.

Thanks, and I may play with it a bit if the saltiness was the intent. I'm looking for something a bit more saucy as well.
