I messed around with this for a while today. I'd say I use to be a decent quake player back in the day, but I'm definitely pretty rusty. I'm registered under the name of Wrexsoul, and I'll probably jump on from time to time as well.

Capture the Flag Map was pretty cool.
Team matches and Clan Matches are good as well.
The Kill Everybody is crazy.

just threw down in a couple of rounds. Starting to get back in my groove.
Went from second last to third place (quad damage and a guy fishing for gauntlet awards helped).

I love this. I foresee many hours lost.

no unlocks that I've seen, just awards/achievements, and public statistics/leaderboard to show everyone how much you rock.


I'm thinking we should run a guild FFA match sometime, to get a feel for skill levels, then build some balanced teams for team DM or CTF

That was a good time tonight while I was able to be in the same game as you guys. Then you ran to a lower skill server where I couldn't join. My highlight was definitely almost getting sniped by Tsu in that space level while he was camping the quad damage platform. Only he missed, and my railgun hit and knocked him to his death :diablotin:. I'm definitely going to end up spending way too much time at Quake Live.

Funny...that was probably the lowlight of my evening haha.

Seriously though, this game rocks! It's way fun to do FFA matches with lots of LOA people. We should all put [LOA] as our clan, that way I think it shows up in the game no matter whether we have LOA in our names or not.

Does anybody else have the issue where not all of their friends are listed in the friends list? I should have roughly 10 people listed, but only about 7 are actually on there.
