Keg brought this up in my Malygos post, so I figured I would ask here. I know there are some folks wanting to hit up Naxxramas still. I personally would enjoy healing it on Noritzu now as well. But with Mas runing his group on Thur and Fri, it ends up clashing. Wed is now being allocated to Malygos. So this leaves me with one option.

A full 100% clear on sunday.

This really isnt to bad of a goal to achieve. With minimal screwing around (taking a lot of afk breaks) it can easily be done in about 5 hours. Maybe even a bit less. I know people work on Monday so I would like to schedual this a bit earlier.

I think 5pm on Sunday would be workable. But I need input, so help me out here.

If you are interested in doing this please let me know. I would love to help folks out who still want to do Naxx. But really this about all I have left time wise till summer rolls around.

I plan on hitting 80 and the heroic circuit, have spreadsheeted out the gear i want/need, and would be really disappointed if the nax raids totally died before i could ever participate... also, guidance on what kind of stats i need to hit to be ready would be nice.

Warlock, assume hp, spell power, and hit rating are most important...

I'm no raiding expert but I do read the Warlocks Den at work(sounds like a commercial) http://www.wowmb.net/ It is a friendly place to get info and answers, much better moderated than the dreaded WoW official forums.

Far as I can tell, the most important stats for raiding are in this order, hit rating, spellpower, haste, crit. Hp's just comes with gear. Oddly enough haste and crit are almost interchangeable among all specs as a close third place of importance.

Honestly, grab up that player made cloth meta gem helm, the ebonweave gloves for really nice +hit rating boosts. Work from there with your gear plan, gem and enchant for some +hit till you can drop those for pure +damage gems/enchants.

As for the original post. I don't think I could do a 5 hour no or few afk raid. Now that I've seen Naxx I really really like it other than Haegan:) But that much time, in one sitting, I usually need to take a break and take a walk after a few hours on more or less intense gaming.

I could do a 5 hour Naxx this Sunday if a tank is needed...would be fun. Just put me in for last tank in line for it.

Been a very long time since the last raid I did, that lasted that long or longer. Been on corpse runs that lasted longer than that, just to save another guild's corpses....boy, I am glad WoW doesn't let your corpse rot!

Just whisper me and I will grab Viral if he is needed.

I'm down for it with either Pahrizzah or Pahimar. Like I said in the other post I would prefer Pahrizzah but I'm good either way.

Would be fun BUT I have kids. Won't be able to count me in until near the end if someone needs to bow out.

I would really love to get involved with this with my Paladin. I haven't done a ton of Naxx at all this expansion. I've seen the military quarter with my rogue and did 25 man plague quarter with my Paladin last night.

I feel like my gear is halfway decent, so I'd really like to give it a go before Ulduar comes out and fewer people run it. I'd really like to see all of the dungeon, even if it is only once. If more than once, that would be fine too :-)

I won't be home until around 7 that night. I can fill in for the later half if a tank is needed later that night.

Actually, I think we have plenty of people to attempt two Naxx runs, possibly even on the same days. Over the last couple of weeks, I've had trouble finding room for everyone interested. I'd be more then happy to coordinate with someone to set up a second run.

So.. that was pretty epic. Of course it would have been really nice if we had finished, but I ultimately had a really good time and thoroughly enjoyed myself. And it feelt like most people who needed upgrades got at least something. So from my perspective it was a smashing success :-) It was neat to finally see everything past the Military quarter. FWIW, I think we could have finished if we hadn't had so many problems with the 4 horsemen, and thus had a bit more time with Kel'Thucantspelltherest. I could definitely tell I was getting way tired near the end. There was a part in Thaddeus where I got confused and just flat out couldn't remember which side was + and which was -

Definitely looking forward to my next LoA raid, whenver that may be. I don't forsee myself doing many more 8 hour marathon cessions, though :-)

Anyways, thanks a bunch for inviting me along. Fun stuff.

Was indeed a good run, was glad to be there with Pahrizzah since he got to pick up some nice tanking pieces. Few more heroics this week and he will be capable of tanking in Naxx as well.

Let's see if we can't do KT tonight before/after Maly!

If we can get a solid clean up crew tonight and down KT in one or two tries, we will still have lots of time for a Maly attempt.

We did do really well last night. It was long and people did make mistakes, but it was fun, everyone learned lots, and there were some decent upgrades.

If we can try this every Sunday... I think next week we can cut a couple hours off our time.

Agreed, that turned into more of a marathon than I thought it would. I bet Dullie slept through his classes today :-pAt any rate, it is my goal to be setting this up every sunday at the same time. I personally think we could shave quite a few hours off on time now that some of the newer folks know what to expect, and maybe just burning through trash mobs quicker. The way we do the plague hallway on the way to heigan is the way I love to see all trash go down.As far as tonight it is my hope to be home from class around 9:30, that will give me about 2 hours to help with KT cleanup, if someone wants to set up, id gladly go.
