so sony has a new "free" mmo, called freerealms.

I watched a bit of this on xplay, ( I FRIGGIN LOVE DIRECTV! ) and it looks VERY PROMISING!

Actually what a lot of it is based of the game Fate. Fate was a very entertaining dungeon running RPG. Looks similar, sometimes though we judge more on graphic rather then gameplay....maybe that money was spent to improve other things.

I learned my lesson on that a lot last 2 years, lol.

Look at Castle Crashers for XBOX Arcade. Probably one of the more entertaining games for Xbox, any console, even PC for that matter. It's addictive, fun, and has amazingly good playability. Yet, it's basically South Park in looks lol.

So now that Free Realms is released, is anyone still playing? It's free to play (hence the name) so there is no harm in trying it out. I recreated my character from the beta, and a few things have changed just in my two days away from it.

If anyone is still playing, what server? Look me up. My character's name is "Rufus Rainmanor". I am on Server 5, but i'm pretty sure you can server jump in this one.

I still mess with this on WoW's patch day. Methus Darkpaw is who i play. Havent given them any money yet though. Has anyone subsribed?

I thought about signing up to play it. It had a decent feel to it. I just got involved with other "free" play games, like Runes of Magic recently, which seems much better than what I remember of Free Realms. I will probably create a toon there someday soon though jsut to run through it some more.

i usually just run with the server they give me. don't think it matters. but then i never had anyone on my friends list to see if it tells you where they are

RoM was just another fantasy game I found myslef just wanting to go play wow when i was in there. This at least has some non fantasy things in it and i like the mini instances.
