I assume you are going to use the missing pieces from your old system?

I thought the problem with the existing system had been solved, so no need to buy a new one?

That's what I do every time. Buy major component, re-use as much as I can without impacting performance. I try to make sure that every new motherboard can get at least one newer video card sometime afterward.

I think I've had the same ATX cases for a decade.

I think the big deal is that he's missing a PSU, and the one from the Shuttle isn't going to cut it.

That's a great point. I might have the same cases I bought a decade ago, but I've changed PSU's three times at least.

I actually bought a new 500w psu in the hopes that would fix my original problem. So I have that covered.

So can I do better then this system for about the same money?

My system is down. I can fix it by buying a full version of so and doing a clean install but a new system isn't that much more.

I still do need feedback on the system I have posted. I'd like to order it asap.

Thanks guyz

With more research will always come more options. It's really just a matter of when you're willing to pull the trigger and go with what you have or if you want to keep waiting till something better comes along.

I just thought I may have missed something much better for just a bit more cash, like a video card, processor or Mobo.

Can I play wow with this?

I know nothing about the performance of Intel any longer. It's been at least 10 years since I built an Intel system. The video card should be just fine.

I still really love/need some input on this system and any info you can share about what I put together. Let me know if you see something I should add or replace.

Thanx
