Can I buy a used version of Vista?

There seems to be a few versions of this on ebay from some very reliable sellers.

The only reason for me to buy Vista is so that I can buy the upgrade to Win 7.

Unless I can upgrade from XP?

It sounds like there will be no upgrades from XP. Buying a used version of any OS is seriously risky.

You will be able to purchase the "Windows 7 Upgrade" but you will have to do a fresh install. You can NOT upgrade Windows XP to Windows 7.
