I found a couple of good sites with info about OC.
I've been able to get my Video card up to 780MHz GPU and 1000MHz Memory
My CPU/Motherboard I was able to go from 2.5 GHZ to almost 3.5 GHZ with the stock coolers and the temp of the CPU doesn't get over 60 C. If and when I decide to spring for a better CPU cooler I may try for 4GHZ.
Since my last computer (shuttle SN85G) was 1.8 GHZ, I'd say this system is a bit better.
And, according to PCPitstop my system is in the top 20% of systems they have tested. Not bad for $500
